Ascendancy is a political roleplay server which simulates a fully functioning Government, but on a Galactic scale like Star Wars. Think of it like a table top roleplay game such as Dungeons & Dragons - All players create a planet and have an opportunity to represent that planet, its leaders and its people at a Galactic Assembly which comes together to discuss the current issues of the Galaxy which are carefully managed and manipulated by a staff team (Dungeon Masters), all depending on the actions of the players.
Supreme Chancellor RumblyChimp has submitted the Galactic Budget for September 2022 on the back of a 2.2% increase of the Galactic Economy. The Galactic Assembly is expected to pass the budget with the Supreme Chancellor's own party holding political influence over the legislature.
