Gag Features
• Simulate gagging a user and watching them try to speak (aka type).
• This feature when used on somebody, the bot will delete their original message and post a gagged version with the author name&avatar.
Restraints
• While you can't actually restrain somebody in real life, besides giving flavor text, it can simulate some restrictions.
• Leg cuffs can restrict to some degree jumping between channels, like it should be difficult to move between rooms.
• Arm cuffs or straitjacket can force sort of slow mode, like it should be difficult to type while cuffed.

If they do something bad, they will get 'shocked', in the text channel it will be posted the reason they got 'shocked'.
