In the wake of the Cold War, in 1947. When the world was healing from the atrocities of the Second World War the foundation had believed that the geopolitics of the already changing world could harm the balance that it had with the various Groups of Interests that the foundation co-existed with. Distraught governments, puppet states forming, crises rising on the horizons. It was nothing the foundation couldn’t manage against, though ultimately they had greater concerns. After all, they were not too involved with the political world. Their main issue was the birth of many Groups of Interests formed and the new influence that they could pose on the horizon.
