Eden Falls is a roleplaying game set in the 80s, similar to Stranger Things. We’re using the Kids on Bikes system with a lot of home brew thrown in to add depth and growth.
The universe of Eden Falls is one of mystery and intrigue. Kids are often in the thick of adventures, similar to the Goonies, Stranger Things, E.T: The Extra-Terrestrial, BMX Bandits, and Stand by Me.
Players will be able to play characters in several stages of life, from Child to Teen to Adult.
The town with it's associated rumors, events, and population give a lived in feel with a great deal of lore and stories already written. Don't let that dissuade you though, the "story arc" of Eden Falls is something we've already come up with but the meat and potatoes, the characters, is all about you and your collaborative storytelling needs.
In a time before smart phones and internet, kids could stay out all day and sometimes all night getting into all manner of adventures.
