150 years ago, planet Earth had been struck by a cataclysmic event known as "The Fracture", where asteroids fell from the sky and shattered Earth's surface. When the asteroids hit, they didn’t just leave the planet in ruin; they unleashed terrifying creatures called the Deviants. These monsters devastated the world, and no matter how hard humanity fought back, they couldn’t stop them. Within months, 80% of the human population was wiped out.
The survivors of the event fled from the surface, seeking refuge underground. Then, they created a colony where they would rebuild humanity and start anew. Mankind leaped towards a new era, where they would technologically advance far greater than before. Population grew immensely and there needed to be a return to the surface.
