Relations between the Traditions and the Technocracy are much more civil in London (and England in general) than elsewhere. Both sides have a strong class consciousness and eschew the more flashy side of the Ascension War and instead work subtle to strengthen their respective worldview. The opposing side is not seen as a hostile force, but as loyal opposition. The Technocracy works to shroud their true strength. They reckon that it is better when the Traditions underestimate their presence and focus on internal politicking over focusing on driving technocratic sympathizers out. Since London can be seen as the birthplace of the modern Technocracy, the New World Order maintains a strong presence. The Syndicate VPO of Transportation has her current seat of power in London, overlooking the financial district.
