In the first year of Nightfall (N.F. 01), an unidentified celestial body crashed into the earth, unleashing chaos and devastation upon impact. The collision resulted in the deaths of thousands, but the true horror lay in the aftermath—the celestial body emitted a toxic gas infused with mania. Those unfortunate enough to be exposed to the gas succumbed to its effects, their minds consumed by madness, transforming them into savage creatures driven by insatiable hunger, akin to dangerous zombies. Yet, the horrors unleashed by the celestial body did not end there. Thousands of sinister entities emerged from the wreckage, adopting the forms of their victims and wielding powers far beyond the natural realm. These beings, forever bound to their stolen appearances, first became known simply as Supernatural Beings.
