Looks like theres an issue with the ranking bots again, as well as Ro-Wifi. The team at Ro-Wifi as well as our development team will be looking into these issues. Please refer to this message below for instructions if you are having ranking trouble.
If you are having trouble updating yourself with Ro-Wifi, it shouldn't take long for the bot to come back online. Just wait. No need to make a support ticket, as the support team will only tell you all the same thing.
