We are a carnivore community first, but we are also focused on following health science and rooting out bad science from good science by examining how studies are conducted and not what news headlines claim the study to prove. You're still welcome as long as you're polite. you're a vegan trying to make content attacking us? go away. we have quite a few x-vegans who where harmed by the vegan diet and nothing you say will get any of us to go back to that health destroying cult. all we truly care about is getting results and truly healing our bodies. none of us do this to virtue signal. we don't care if you cheat on your carnivore diet either past doing some mild teasing. we've all been there.
