Hello, hello! 2025 is off to a great start, and ChillZone is already buzzing with excitement and creativity. We’re thrilled to announce two exciting events happening this week! First, we have the ChillZone Best Memes Event from January 19th to January 26th. This is your chance to showcase your humor and creativity with memes related to ChillZone, whether about the staff, members, or events. You can submit as many memes as you’d like by DMing the event assistants and 1-minute video memes are also welcome! Remember to vote in #event-voting and follow all event rules, including no stealing, no AI submissions, and adhering to Discord ToS. The prizes for this event are massive, with 200k points for 1st place, 150k for 2nd, 100k for 3rd, and 50k for 4th.

We also want to thank everyone who joined us for the Simon Says event! It was a blast seeing the community come together and enjoy this nostalgic favorite. Your enthusiasm and participation made it an incredible success, and we can’t wait to host even more fun events in the future.

Hello, hello! 2025 is upon us now, and ChillZone has been packed full of busy busy things.

Recently, at the end of December, the server went through a shuffle in the channels. The bots channel was moved downwards while the selfie channels was moved upwards. This was to allow for easier access to the channels which allows for more activity. Hope to see all y'alls pretty faces there 🫶🏼

To celebrate the end of the new year, we had a ChillZone raffle event. There was an abundance of prizes ranging from points to ChillZone pets to even free mod roles yay!! The entry for the raffle was free, and we had 103 participants!!

We also had our annual Grammy's event hosted by one of our lovely ChillZone admins, Liyah. This event turned out even bigger than the 2023 Grammy's event. There was a total of 50 categories this year which had both chat mains and voice mains actively involved. The winners of the Grammy's won 3 impact points, a trophy role, and 50k points. Shout out to Jacie for winning best event host. She has many exciting events planned for the new year! 🎉

Currently we have two events happening right now. We have a time capsule event and a ChillZone writing event.

The time capsule event allows for users to write a message to their future self, or to others to read it in the future. It's simple. All you do is fill out a Google form and then patiently wait til 2026. The event ends on January the 31st.

For the writing event, which ends on the 17th of January, users can submit four different types of writing: short story, poetry, song lyrics, and creative writing. There are five ChillZone points prizes in total to be won, so get to writing and get to submitting!

Welcome to ChillZone’s 2024 overview! Starting the year with 482,000 members, ChillZone has grown to 583,000 members as of December. With a vibrant and expanding community, 2024 has been filled with exciting changes, memorable events, and new experiences. Let’s take a look at what made this year so special!

In the early months, ChillZone celebrated milestones like the 500k member mark in March, followed by a giveaway that awarded 5 million ChillZone points split among 50 lucky winners, while 5 users won 1 year of Nitro! Creative and fun events such as the St. Patrick’s Raffle, Cooking Competition, and Murder Mystery added to the excitement.

The summer months brought a fresh wave of energy with events like the Cosplay Contest, Pets Event, and Sky Photography Event. ChillZone also expanded its media presence by launching two new Instagram accounts: httpchillcats for pet lovers and chillzonediscord for updates and highlights. 🌟 Don’t forget—you’re always welcome to check them out and stay connected! We also worked on fixing WordWhiz, ensuring the game is better than ever for our members. Additionally, voice channels were expanded, making it easier for everyone to bond and engage.

This year, the staff team expanded, and we’re excited to announce that we’re still looking for more team members! 🛠️ We’re recruiting for general staff and event staff to help bring even more incredible experiences to the ChillZone community. If you’re passionate about making ChillZone better, we’d love to have you join the team!

By September, we hit 550,000 members, and improvements continued with better image permissions and interactive events like Room Tours and the Videography Event. October, our busiest month, featured a series of amazing events, including the CZ Toys ‘R’ Us collection event, Halloween Costume Contest, and Pumpkin Carving Contest. 🎃 The month also saw a festive shift with Halloween-themed updates to icons and roles.

November wrapped up the year with engaging events like the Goofy Sharing Story and the Minecraft Building Event, keeping the energy high as we continue to grow and connect. ChillZone has truly proven to be a vibrant space where creativity, fun, and community come together in every way imaginable.

December ended 2024 with a holiday spirit! We added new Christmas roles and hosted a variety of exciting events, such as the PC Setup Contest with big prizes, including the OBSBOT camera! 🎥 We also had the Spotify Playlist Event and Christmas Card Deliveries, plus a Raffle and the Grammy Awards event, capping off the year with festive cheer!

As we close out 2024, it’s clear that ChillZone has had an incredible year filled with growth, creativity, and unforgettable moments. Thank you to everyone who made 2024 a year to remember—we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store! 🌟
