Welcome one, welcome all to an inclusive, welcoming server, and brand new roleplay based on the wacky, zany, unique, cult classic Mother/Earthbound Series! This server is part of a long form project where we tell three wholly original stories based on the vibe and universe of the aforementioned franchise! At present, we are on the first of these stories; Call to Action.
In Call to Action, the year is 195X, in a strange retro-modern setting that radiates the vibe and flair of the real world 1950's, but with technological advancements and mindsets well beyond it. The world is at peace after ten years of war, and has been so for ten years, yet in spite of the optimism, hope, and abundant peace movements, darkness lurks in the shadows of the United States of Eagalia. The Mafia is on the rise, bandits ransack the north, corporate greed encroaches upon the people's livelihoods, and many strange supernatural occurrences are cropping up left and right!
