When a Nuclear Armageddon destroys civilization on Earth, the only survivors are those on the 12 international space stations in orbit at the time. Three generations later there are about 4,000 survivors living on a space ark of linked stations. Over the years, the Ark expanded through the harvesting of satellites from Earth's orbit. However, as the population grows, resources end up getting scarce which causes strict steps to be taken along with rules that have to be followed to ensure the survival of the human race.
For years life on the ark is fine, But 100 years later systems and life support start to fail. On top of that the air supply was starting to run out. Because of this the council ended up making a life changing decision.
They had decided to put everyone into Cryo sleep while they traveled for what was supposed to be for 98 years. Little did the citizens of the ark know that they would be asleep for 105 years. When they awake they find that everything has changed.
