### **How It Works:**
1. **Daily Challenges:**
Face tough real-life workouts and mental tasks. If you’re not putting in the effort, this isn’t the place for you.
2. **Ranking:**
After each challenge, you’ll be ranked by Me and Major. Top performers are safe; bottom ones are in danger. First 3 days everyone is safe.
3. **Vulnerability Chats:**
After challenges, we’ll talk about how you felt and why you’re here. Mental toughness matters as much as strength. I want to know what’s driving you to push through, I want to know who’s got the mental game to stay.
4. **Elimination:**
Bottom performers face elimination through voting the weakest link or a purge.
