I used to always struggle with sticking to habits and going to bed feeling like I wasted the day away. As a long-time lurker of therapy and self-improvement discords, I realized that there's a lot of us out there who are facing similar issues in this crazy version of the Matrix we're currently in. So, I started a group where we connect with each other and try to grow in productivity and mindfulness.
In my mind, productivity is linked with life outlook, so helping develop habits (small-scale) while wrestling with what "the meaning of life" is (large-scale) will help me move further. What do you think?
To be honest, I'm also just selfishly curious about meeting others from different walks of life. Everyone's journey is unique, and I truly believe that there is so much that we can learn from each other.
