Tales from the Capital Wasteland have recently begun to come in, with conflicting reports stating that some large scale conflict had happened between a genocidal remnant of the United States Government known as the Enclave and a Techno-religious cult known as the brotherhood of Steel. Stability in the region may yet return, or the region may continue the cycle of lawlessness which has plagued the region for most of its history up until this point.
